The Ax52 Series megapixel camera comes in four flavors: indoor, outdoor, infrared dome, and a box camera. Among the series, the AX52R is an infrared camera that is best suited to low-light conditions and outdoor environment. Housed in a vandal-proof dome, the Ax52R offers unparalleled features such as digital wide dynamic range to achieve superb image quality with a wide range of resolutions in even the most challenging environments.

Armed with 24 LED lights, the AX52R can display objects at 25 meters or 82 feet in 0.008 lux. This all-purpose outdoor dome was designed to save installation time as mounting adapters for various environments are no longer needed. Rich with practical enhancements, the Ax52R is ideal for most installation applications. Weather-proof models operate in temperatures from -40°C to 50°C (-40°F to 122°F).

With multiple video streams: H.264, MPEG 4, and Motion JPEG allow users to select the best option for their needs. H.264 for example, greatly reduces bandwidth and storage needs without compromising image quality.

The Ax52R Series also offer digital pan/tilt/zoom with multi-view streaming. The built in internal Micro SD card provides redundancy for when connection to the DVMS is terminated, effectively reducing risk of losing data. The versatility of this network camera makes it suitable for a range of video surveillance applications, including government and industrial buildings, retail environments, airports, railway stations and schools.
