At i3 International, we remain committed to delivering reliable solutions and exceptional technical support to our partners and customers. As part of our ongoing efforts to maintain high-quality service and ensure the long-term sustainability of our support operations, we are introducing an updated support policy for out-of-warranty products.
As of June 1st, 2026, technical support for products that are no longer under warranty will transition to a paid support model.
Support Options
Customers will have the following options for continued support:
- Concierge Plus Support Plan – Customers may purchase the Concierge Plus support package at a standard rate while the product is still within its warranty period. This plan ensures continued access to priority technical support after the warranty expires and up to 5 years.
- Out-of-Warranty Support Services – For products that are no longer covered under warranty, technical support will be available on an hourly basis at the following rates:

- $125 per hour for the first hour
- $75 per hour for each additional hour
